The hotel exceeded my comfort expectations with the huge bed and deluxe bedroom. The bed was incredibly comfy, but the price was a bit high for the value I received. The service, however, was top-notch with Kelly at the reception offering excellent customer service and friendliness. The location was great, though being under the flight path to Glasgow Airport was a minor downside. The lack of vegetarian options in dining was disappointing, but the fresh vegetables were a nice touch.
